In order to further strengthen its ties with its existing Japanese customers, and build new long term relationships with other companies within the region, Nova Laboratories recently sent members of its commercial team to the ICSE exhibition in Tokyo.
In an innovative move, Nova and its cold chain logistics partner, Biocair International, decided to stand share.
Barrie Sears, Biocair’s Strategic Development Manager said “Both companies are leaders in their respective fields, and their services are aimed at the same type of clients, so it makes sense to offer a seemless service to those organisations who wish to have their materials processed at Nova”.
Matt Jelley, Nova’s Business Support Manager said “We have worked closely with Biocair for many years, and as a result of their excellent service, we have great confidence in them as a business. Therefore, once the decision had been made to attend the exhibition, it made sense to work together, as we expected potential customers may have concerns about the practicalities of working with a UK company. In practice it has been a huge success and both businesses have seen a significant number of potential new clients.”
