Analytical testing includes: HPLC, UV and IR spectroscopy, protein analysis (eg ELISA and SDS-PAGE), testing to Ph Eur and USP, sub-visible particle counts, moisture content, particle size analysis. Microbiological testing includes: sterility testing, total viable counts (bioburden analysis) and endotoxin tests.
